About HRS Construction

Founded in 2005 by Danny Sorondo, HRS Construction LLC began with hands-on residential projects and a commitment to doing things the right way. Over the years, the company has grown into a licensed general contracting firm serving Central Florida across residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

With a background in finance and a passion for building, Danny leads HRS Construction with a focus on accountability, precision, and long-term value. Our team provides estimating, project management, and on-site supervision, ensuring each project is handled with professionalism and clear communication from start to finish.

At HRS Construction, we believe construction is about more than building structures — it’s about creating spaces that improve lives. Our company is built on trust, quality craftsmanship, and respect for the clients and communities we serve.

Core Values

Core values are the fundamental beliefs and guiding principles that shape a business’s identity, culture, and decision-making. They reflect what the company stands for, how it operates, and what it prioritizes in relationships with customers, employees, and the broader community.

At HRS Construction, we have four core values that guide us to keep us focused on our Mission Statement:

  1. Act with Love
“Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

  2. Seek the Truth
Truth is the quality or state of being in accordance with fact or reality. It refers to that which is accurate, genuine, and faithful to what actually is.

  3. Serve One Another
Service is the act of helping, assisting, or doing work for someone else, often with the goal of meeting a need, solving a problem, or adding value.

  4. Be Prepared
Preparation is the act of planning, organizing, or equipping oneself and others in advance to handle a task, event, or situation effectively.
